Development of Harbor Bay Master Planned Community Alameda, CA
Project Description
Harbor Bay Villages IV and V were part of a 917 acre planned community in the City of Alameda, California. Project enhancements included two salt water lagoons, extensive parks, beaches, and pedestrian/bike paths. As part of the development of these two villages, a high speed ferry service to San Francisco and other infrastructure was financed by bonds repaid from special assessments to the homeowners in these two villages.
