Project Responsibilities

  • Prepared feasibility study
  • Conducted market research
  • Created financial models to recommend product and viable alternatives by determining projected return on investment (ROI), profit margins and internal rates of return (IRR)
  • Managed the preliminary architectural design of the project

Project Results

  • Identified highest and best use as a six-story mixed use project consisting of 238 apartments on top 5 floors and retail at street level
  • Demonstrated the proposed mixed use project would fulfill an unmet demand
  • Project design was well received by community and jurisdiction creating a much needed revitalization project in the Lake City neighborhood
